VIENNA BEEF HOTDOG

As a true born and raised Chicagoan of 31 years, one of the most iconic food items you could consume is the Chicago style hotdog, but the hotdog could not be just any hotdog, it has to be a "Vienna Beef Hotdog"! I remember as a kid going to our local hotdog stand, and as you walked in, you'd get a whiff of that steamed savory goodness. Seeing the iconic Chicago style hotdog poster art that was starting to discolor and fade, gave me the idea to create a more simple and modern design of this delicious tube form of a meal.
